Ingredients
4 Roma Tomatoes: de-seeded & diced
2/3 cup White Onion: finely diced
1 bunch Fresh Cilantro: organic, finely chopped
1 small Serrano or Jalapeno: seeds & ribs removed, finely chopped
1 Lime: juiced
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt: to taste
1/2 tsp Oregano: optional
1 TBS Olive Oil: optional
Instructions
Once you have prepared all the ingredients, add them to a bowl and thoroughly mix together.
Wait 15 minutes or longer to let all the flavors marry together.
