Hemp Milk

Hemp milk is a lactose-free milk and is very easy to make, this milk has a quantity of nutrients such as vegetable protein, iron, magnesium, and is very low in calories. This milk is a good option to accompany it in your smoothies, coffee, tea with cereal or make dishes with it.


Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hemp Seeds

  • 5 to 6 cups water


Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Store extra milk in a sealed container in the refrigerador for up to 3 -5 days.

  3. Shake before using.


Note

Another flavor options your hemp milk blending it with another nondairy milk, such as almond, cashew or coconut milk.
