This delicious and healthy sauce can toss on any pasta, quinoa, salads or any vegetable.
Ingredients
1 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked for 4 to 6 hours or overnight and drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Hemp seeds
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1Tsp salt
2 Tbsp Nutricional Yeast
1/2 smoked paprika
1 cup unsweetened Hemp Milk or other nondairy milk.
Directions
In a Blender, process all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes, or until gently bubbling.
Remove from heat, toss with pasta grain or veggies of you choice.
You can add extra hemp milk to thin to desired consistency.
