Cashew Hemp Sauce

This delicious and healthy sauce can toss on any pasta, quinoa, salads or any vegetable.



Ingredients
Cashew, Hemp Sauce
  • 1 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked for 4 to 6 hours or overnight and drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup Hemp seeds

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1Tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp Nutricional Yeast

  • 1/2 smoked paprika

  • 1 cup unsweetened Hemp Milk or other nondairy milk.


Directions
  1. In a Blender, process all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into a small saucepan.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes, or until gently bubbling.

  4. Remove from heat, toss with pasta grain or veggies of you choice.

  5. You can add extra hemp milk to thin to desired consistency.
