Blueberry Spinach Shake

This Shake is not just a very satisfying drink, it also packs the most nutrition into one serving to help fuel your day so you can easily turn it into a meal.


Prep time 5 minutes, 1 serving





Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk

  • 1/4 Spinach

  • 1Tsp Hemp

  • 1Tsp Dates or 1 Banana

  • Blueberries

Instructions
  1. 1. Blend everything together until smooth and thick. If you find it to be too thick for your blender to handle, add extra almond milk.

  2. Serve and enjoy.
